FOLLOW THE STEP TO PICK UP YOUR BIKE

1.Place your order and make a note of the pick up service on our official website,you will get an order number.

2.Contact us with email to support-au@samebike.com once you get the order number of you e-bike.

3.Make an appointment in the email to pick up your e-bike.

4.After reveice your request of the pick up in email ,we will send you a file which is the certificate document from the warehouse.

5.Bring the paper-based certificate document after you make an appointment in calling the warehouse +86 13143650097, then please come to the warehouse at the date and time showed in the certificate document.

Congratulations! You may now take your beloved electric bicycle home.

Please Note: check the size of the pick up e-bike if you drive a car to take it home.
