    New and unused e-bikes can be returned within 14 days with a charge of €185/bike for shipping and restocking. We will send you the label, please print it out and stick it outside the box and wait for the courier to pick up the package at your place.

    Although SAMEBIKE electric bikes are designed to handle wet conditions, please keep in mind that riding in heavy rain may affect battery life and reduce traction, so please be careful and try to avoid riding in the rain. As for the waterproof rating, the entire bike meets the IP54 standard, the motor, battery and display is the IP64.
